The GreekKey team prepared for all Greek food lovers a "Cooking with Friends" in our backyard in Voula.
We will experience cooking as a Greek family and we will learn some tips for a complet, four dishes pescatarian menu.
Around the table and with the needed ingredients you will learn to make the perfect "Taramosalata". A tasty appetizer that you cann't resist when you spread it on fresh bread!!
Our main dish will be "Gavros" with oregano and olive oil baked in the oven. Some varieties will be presended as well.
As a salad to go with "Gavros" we always serve boiled "Greens". So many different kind of eatable greens all year long and of course fresh lemon juice and extra virgin oil ads taste.We use one of the best Cretan organic extra virgin oil!
And at last but not the least, sredded "Apple" with honey and ......You khow "an apple a day keeps the doctor away".
White wine, beverages and fresh lemonade will be served and our giftshop will be open for you!
We always save a suprise at the end................ and a small souvenir to remember the day!
