The Annunciation of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Cathedral is popularly known as Panagia. The feast day for the church is March 25, and it also celebrates the Dormition of the Virgin Mary on August 15.
Regular church services are held every Sunday.

The parish priest is Father Peter Avgeropoulos.
The church is one of four churches owned by the Greek Community of Toronto. The facility also includes a community hall, Sunday school classes and a weekly Greek school program. Part of the basement is currenty rented to an independent day care centre.
